Senior Videographer

Welcome to Fertility Health AG! We are a growing startup making fertility care more comprehensible and accessible. It is our mission to educate and provide respective services tailored to our patients needs around fertility.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior videographer with a passion for creating visually stunning animated and expert videos. In this role, you will be leading all tasks around producing visual communication, such as animated videos about fertility and filming on-site expert videos. The perfect match for this position is a person who has a strong background in animation and video production, as well as experience working with a variety of animation software and tools. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently and shows strong communication skills.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• You will collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and develop animated video content
• You will create storyboards and animatics to visualize animations for different user personas, use cases, and value propositions around various medical and healthcare industry topics to help prospects and patients better understand very complex health topics
• You will edit and refine animation to ensure it meets the project's creative and technical requirements
• You will be working with our medical staff to art direct expert interviews and educational videos at our office or on location to help inform a wide audience about fertility topics
• You will produce a variety of clear and concise video clips for our products that facilitate a smooth user experience and ensure consistency of the product voice
• You wil shoot in-studio videos of our doctors to establish transparent communication with our patients
• You are owning and ensuring the consistency of our visual identity across all our channels
• You will support the expansion/infrastructure team in setting up a dedicated production studio at our headquarter in Zurich (until then, the studio will be installed in a provisional location)
• You will manage equipment rental orders and organize equipment in our studio spaces
• You will search for music and library tracks

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• has a bachelor's degree in animation, video production, or a related field
• has a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in animation and video production (experience in the health sector is a plus)
• has strong animation skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create visually stunning animated videos and is an expert at turning complex topics into simple and easy to understand (animated) videos
• Capable of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Cinema 4d, Maya, or Blender
• Capable of editing at various stages of post-production (Rough Cut, Fine Cut, Notes, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve
• has outstanding collaboration and communication skills, is self-organised, well-structured and can work well with many stakeholders across the organisation
• pays strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• works independently with the ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
• has good German and fluent English skills, French would be an advantage
